The Tradition of Sardinian Cuisine imposes a variety of dishes decidedly linked to the land. In ancient times the Sardinian people were forced to retreat inside the island for the continuous invasions, developing the sheep farming that was the main economy of Sardinia.
The Sardinian Culinary Tradition handed down over the centuries, changing over the centuries, has survived to the present day, giving us poor, but very tasty recipes and products that are still authentic to retrace the Ancient Sardinian and Gallura Traditions, such as the Typical Salumi, Gnocchi and Ravioli Caserecci, the Suppa Cuata (Gallura Soup) and the famous Porcetto Arrosto, the flagship of Traditional Cuisine.
