For three generations the Hotel Santa Maria has been linked to our Family: first as an agricultural residence, in the times of our grandparents, and now as a small Charming Hotel, where we welcome visitors from all over the world, according to the best tradition of Sardinian Hospitality.
The Sardinian Culinary Tradition, handed down through the centuries, has come down to the present day, giving us poor but very tasty recipes, and still authentic products to rediscover the ancient scents and flavours of Sardinia and Gallura, such as the Typical Salumi, Gnocchi and Ravioli Caserecci, the Suppa Cuata (Gallurese Soup) and the famous Porcetto Arrosto, the pride of our Traditional Cuisine.
Dirt roads immersed in the woods, open to breathtaking mountain views: spires and granite spurs surrounded by green Mediterranean scrub, while in the background you can see the Gallura fading into the blue sea.
